Job Title: International Sales Executive/Process Associate


Location: Australia-based BPO


Salary: Up to 25,000 INR


Working Hours: 05:30 am to 3:00 pm, 5.5 days a week


Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office


Experience: At least 6 months of experience in an international BPO, Australian-based BPO experience will be given priority


Responsibilities:

- Conducting international sales in the Australian region for products such as hot shower, gas, electricity, solar sales, energy sales, etc.

- Handling customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

- Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the company

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements:

- Fluent English communication skills

- Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the Australian market

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
