This role combines digital marketing, website management, and client interaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Manage the backend of our website, ensuring smooth performance and updates
• Provide customer support related to website inquiries and troubleshoot issues
• Handle regular website content updates and basic maintenance
• Coordinate with clients for project updates and support
• Support branding and marketing initiatives across digital platforms
• Maintain organized communication and follow-ups with internal and external teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or website management
• Working knowledge of website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of branding, SEO, and marketing tools
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
