Job Title: Business Development Manager - International Sales
Job Description:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic sales plan aimed at achieving revenue targets for overseas staffing services.
- Initiate and conduct cold calls, lead generation, and networking activities to engage potential clients in international markets.
- Build and foster relationships with key decision-makers, including CTOs, CDOs, VPs, and Directors at prospective client companies.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of staffing and bench sales services to clients worldwide.
- Understand and address the unique requirements and challenges of international clients. Tailor our services to effectively alleviate their specific pain points and contribute to achieving their business goals.
- Present our services with clarity, emphasizing the value they bring to clients' operations. Translate our technological capabilities into tangible business benefits.
- Work closely with technical experts to create bespoke proposals outlining the scope, timeline, and deliverables of our international staffing and bench sales services.
- Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and Xenlogic Technologies.
- Provide regular, comprehensive reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards revenue goals in the international market.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment between client needs and service delivery on a global scale.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
