We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and business growth for our IT services and software solutions, including CRM software, SEO, SMO, and MS Office solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT sales, digital marketing, and software solutions, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.


πŸ”Ή Market Research & Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Identify potential industries and clients for IT service sales.
  • Suggest improvements in products/services based on client feedback and market demands.

πŸ”Ή Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain sales reports, track progress, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Update CRM software with client details, interactions, and sales status.

βœ… Technical & Sales Skills:

  • Knowledge of IT services, CRM software, SEO, SMO, and MS Office solutions.
  • Proven experience in IT sales or software sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and their benefits.
  • Ability to use CRM tools for managing client relationship


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT sales (Freshers with sales skills can apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM, SEO, SMO, and MS Office is a plus.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented.
