⛔ Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B and B2C sales and a solid understanding of IT industry. This role is suited for individuals who are proactive, confident in client interactions, and capable of achieving sales targets in a structured, 5-day workweek.


⛔ Key Responsibilities

·        Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities

·        Manage the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation to closing deals

·        Maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients

·        Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions

·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client needs

·        Record and track all sales activities using CRM tools

·        Conduct market research and competitor analysis

·        Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets consistently


⛔ Required Skills & Qualifications

·        1 to 3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales

·        Strong exposure into B2B sales model

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·        Comfortable interacting with clients from various industry sectors (IT)

·        Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software

·        Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

·        Preferred Attributes

·        Experience working with a diverse range of clients

·        Comfortable with occasional field visits or client meetings
