Job Title: Freelance Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Domestic Lead Generation

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Experience Required: 1+ Years

Budget: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities from IT companies in the domestic market.
• Contact potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable recruitment solutions.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are fulfilled.
• Prepare reports and keep track of sales targets and progress.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation or business development, preferably in the recruitment or IT industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other business networking platforms.
• Basic understanding of IT industry and roles is a plus.
