 🕒 Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM | Rotational shifts & week-offs

 💼 Experience: 3–4 Years

📅 Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Are you experienced in handling hotel bookings via APIs and working with leading travel platforms? We’re looking for an API Operations professional to join our team and ensure seamless booking validation and supplier coordination.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Reconfirm hotel bookings via APIs and directly with suppliers.

Check booking details for accuracy (dates, pricing, availability).

Troubleshoot check-in/out issues and API errors.

Collaborate with tech teams & suppliers to resolve discrepancies.

Maintain records of reconfirmed bookings and issues.

Work with customer service to address booking concerns.

Suggest process improvements for better API handling.
