Subject Matter Expert

Job Brief: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Trainer for Academic/Corporate Training to join our team. The SME/Trainer will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance in their specific field of knowledge, developing and reviewing academic content, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of training materials. Also, will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs inhouse as well as for the academic/corporate clients.

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge in the respective academic field.
• Create, review, and update academic training materials and e-learning content.
• Ensure that all content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
• Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for students as well as Industry Professionals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Ensure that the content meets educational standards and best practices.
• Review and validate training materials to ensure they align with learning objectives and outcomes.
• Work closely with the Sales team/Academic team, Educators, and other SMEs to develop comprehensive training programs.
• Communicate with stakeholders to address their training needs.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in the academic field/Industry.
• Conduct research to identify opportunities for improving training materials and methods.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience.

Expertise:

• Proficiency in Programming languages like C/C++/Java/Python
• Full Stack Development: MERN/MEAN
• Cloud Computing: AWS/Azure/Google Cloud
• Data Management and Analytics: MongoDB/MILVUS/Power BI/Tableau
• Artificial Intelligence: ML/Deep Learning/LLMs/Transformers/NLP/GenAI

Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Tech./B.E./PG degree in Computer Science and Allied Disciplines.
• Extensive experience in academic/corporate training and content development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills.
