<h2>Job Summary</h2><p>As a Customer Success Manager at TranZact, you will play a vital role in driving customer engagement, ensuring optimal use of our platform, and fostering long-term customer relationships. <p>As an SDE-II (Fullstack Developer), you will play a pivotal role in building, scaling, and enhancing the core technology platform that drives SME digital transformation. You will be responsible for developing robust backend and frontend features, integrating with third-party APIs, and ensuring the reliability and security of the platform.
