- Attending Calls from customers and noting complaints and answering queries.
- Handling daily emails (Queries, complaints, and feedback emails etc.)
- Assigning location wise complaints to service engineers.
- Trying to avoid escalation of complaints from customers.
- Informing customers about the estimated time of complaint redressal.
- Following up with service engineers regarding work in progress and estimated time of completion.
- Arranging the service engineer for installation of machine once it is delivered.
- Ensuring the timely service and maintenance of machines to avoid breakdown.
- Updating the MIS sheet with installation dates and other data for proper coordination.
- Making calls to customers to get feedback on the working of machines.
