Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of digital marketing strategies across all online channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Email, and Content Marketing).
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers and freelancers to drive campaign performance and creativity.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to refine positioning and targeting strategies
• Oversee content planning and distribution in alignment with the brand voice and industry trends.
• Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, website traffic, and lead generation performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and HubSpot (or similar).
• Collaborate closely with research, sales, and product teams to align messaging and funnel performance.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, algorithm changes, and marketing technologies relevant to the market research industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing with proven experience in the Market Research industry.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team-building skills.
• Proficient in marketing platforms including Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and CRM/automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Exceptional analytical thinking and performance measurement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
