Duties and responsibilities: 1. Evaluation and Responsible Counselling of students for TKWs IBF courses 2. Batch formation target for the course appointed 3. Collecting and verifying admission documentation 4. Documentation and coordination for bank loan processing 5. Updating daily tasks information in LMS system 6. Organize student welfare activities, club activities and outdoor trips 7. Maintain records and files as per quality requirements 8. Complying with existing and new rules of the institution 9. To support training & development in the institute 10. To manage the administration of the training institute
Key Result Area 1. Number of students enrolled in each session 2. Improvement in enrolled students’ percentile
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate should have the following for application to the above position: 1. A degree in Management or Business having relevant experience of 2 years 2. Graduate with 3 years of relevant experience in education industry Skills & Competence Required 1. Good Communication Skills 2. Pleasing personality & interpersonal skills 3. Good Persuasion skills Passion for Education Services Sales
