Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing daily security operations to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and assets.

Monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV), inspect buildings, access points, and secure entry and exit.

Supervise security guards and support staff for proper discipline and duty execution.

Respond promptly to incidents such as customer disputes, thefts, or emergencies, and report them as per SOPs.

Conduct routine safety drills (fire evacuation, emergency response) in coordination with the safety team.

Manage crowd control during high-footfall events, weekend shows, or movie premieres.

Check and ensure adherence to safety norms, including fire safety and emergency equipment readiness.

Collaborate with local police or emergency services in case of legal or safety escalations.

Maintain daily reports, incident logs, and shift handover registers.

Support audits and compliance with internal safety standards and legal regulations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate with relevant security experience (preferably in hospitality, retail, or entertainment sectors).

2-4 years of experience in a similar role; ex-servicemen preferred.

Good knowledge of emergency procedures, fire safety norms, and basic first aid.

Strong observation, communication, and crowd-management skills.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Physically fit and mentally alert at all times.

Familiarity with CCTV systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
