VMC Operator cum setter

Verify machine setting, Set controls and regulated speed, feed, coolant flow etc

Experience required 2 to 3 years for experience in operating and setting

Qualification - ITI, Diploma, Engineering

Responsibilities

• Review setup sheet and specifications to determine setup procedures
• Read and understand blueprints a must
• Advanced math knowledge
• Overtime may be required per business needs. Other duties assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ideal applicant will possess 2-5 years’ aerospace experience operating and setup knowledge of standard VMC controllers,.
• Must be knowledgeable of machining technology,
• Educational Requirements: ITI, Diploma, Engineering or equivalent. Completion of a VMC program preferred.
