- Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Provide excellent customer support in regional languages.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate call records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Languages Known: Tamil (Mandatory), Malayalam (Mandatory), Kannada (Regional languages).
- Qualification: Any degree.
- Experience: Freshers are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally.
