The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and fostering a relationship with our suppliers and vendors. You will also oversee the implementation of the supply and production strategies.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Procure parts and materials at negotiated rate</li><li>Develop a supply and production plan to ensure timely delivery to our customers</li><li>Create and monitor the performance of the purchasing strategy</li></ul> Oversee and support our purchasing staffDesign, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies•	Work with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments•	Maintain a database of approved suppliers&nbsp;•	Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors•	Negotiate lower pricing•	Search and source potential suppliers and vendors•	Track, measure and analyze company expenditures•	training of new staff•	Determine and track KPIs•	Provide reports for upper management	Adhere to laws, rules and regulations Qualifications<ul><li>Strong negotiation skills</li><li>0 to 3 years' of purchasing experience</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>
