Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead end-to-end Skill Operations, ensure effective use and compliance of the Skill India Portal, and support our skill development initiatives in line with government guidelines and operational targets.

Skill Coordinator/ Operation Coordinator

Skill Set Required:

• Skill Operations Management:
• Ensure timely achievement of targets allocated under skill development programs.
• Identify process improvement areas and support the implementation of best practices in operational efficiency.
• Skill India Portal Proficiency:
• Manage all portal-related activities including candidate registration, batch creation, attendance, assessments, and certifications.
• Ensure regular updates, data accuracy, and compliance with applicable government schemes and guidelines.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Candidates should be capable of monitoring and achieving cash flow targets as set by management.
• Government Liaising and Business Development:
• Proficiency in liaising with government officials is essential.

Candidates should have a proven track record in lead conversions and actively contribute to business development initiatives.
