Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal functioning of machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and enhance machine longevity.
• Conduct regular inspections of the factory, equipment, and machinery to promptly identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance requirements and schedule repair downtime efficiently.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues; coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and implement proactive measures to enhance workplace safety.
• Oversee the maintenance of factory infrastructure, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility upkeep.
• Respond to emergency or after-hours maintenance calls responsibly and efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication, joinery, and glass processing machinery.
• Strong technical expertise in operating and maintaining:
• Laser cutting machines
• CNC routers
• Bending machines
• Welding machines
• Glass processing equipment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with industrial safety protocols and regulations.
• Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in machine maintenance or more.
