Job Description: International Recruitment Executive
We are looking for a dynamic International Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring processes across global locations. The role involves sourcing international candidates, coordinating with overseas clients, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Strong communication, cultural awareness, and experience with global hiring platforms are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen international candidates
Manage client coordination and candidate communication
Conduct interviews and assessments
Handle offer roll-out and documentation
Maintain recruitment reports and databases
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR or related field)
1–3 years of recruitment experience (international preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with international labor laws and visa processes
