Job Title: Finishing Carpenter / Joinery Carpenter

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute fine carpentry and joinery works for luxury wooden furniture, cabinetry, and interior fit-out elements with precision and craftsmanship.
• Read and interpret detailed technical and shop drawings to ensure accurate dimensions, alignment, and execution.
• Perform cutting, shaping, assembling, edging, veneering, laminating, and fitting of wooden components.
• Ensure precise fitting and installation of furniture, panels, doors, and joinery items at project sites.
• Work with materials such as solid wood, veneer, MDF, laminates, and decorative finishes.
• Collaborate with designers, production supervisors, and site teams to meet project quality standards and timelines.
• Maintain tools, machines, and equipment in proper working condition.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure high-quality finishes at all stages of work.

Requirements & Skills:

• 4–7 years of experience as a finishing carpenter or joinery carpenter, with at least 2–3 years in the UAE working on luxury furniture, joinery, or fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, furniture manufacturing, and fit-out installation techniques.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical and shop drawings.
• Proficient in using both manual carpentry tools and modern woodworking machinery.
• Experience working on luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial projects.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification or diploma in carpentry or joinery.
• Prior experience with luxury furniture manufacturing companies in the UAE.
