Position: Business Development Manager - Insurance*

*Responsibilities:*

1. Recruit Sales Advisors (Agents) and build a high-performing distribution network to sell life insurance policies effectively.

2. Provide leadership and guidance to your team, enabling them to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

3. Accompany the team on pre and post-sales activities, including claim settlements, to ensure smooth customer experiences.

4. Distribute insurance products through Life Advisors, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.

*Requirements:*

1. Graduation is mandatory.

2. Age between 25 to 35 years.

3. Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales is compulsory.

4. CIBIL Score should be above 650 (No exceptions will be given).
