Job Overview
The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of the assigned branch, including service delivery, business development, compliance, financial performance, and team management. The role requires strong leadership to ensure operational excellence, statutory compliance, client satisfaction, and sustainable business growth at the branch level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
v Ensure timely deployment and effective management of security personnel across all client locations.
v Prepare and execute deployment plans to ensure uninterrupted operations.
v Monitor day-to-day branch operations and resolve operational challenges promptly.
v Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and coordination with clients.
v Set performance targets for Operations Managers, Area Officers (AO), and site supervisors.
v Conduct monthly operational reviews and implement corrective actions.
2. Process & SOP Implementation
v Implement and adhere to company-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
v Ensure SOP compliance for security operations, crisis management, and customer satisfaction.
v Monitor processes related to EMD recovery, billing, and outstanding payments.
v Maintain and review MIS reports for operational and financial decision-making.
v Ensure process discipline and continuous improvement at the branch level.
3. Business Development
v Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure retention and service expansion.
v Identify opportunities for new client acquisition within the assigned territory.
v Build strong relationships with private and government clients.
v Support marketing and brand-building initiatives to enhance Innovision’s visibility.
v Achieve branch-level revenue and client acquisition targets.
4. Compliance Management
v Ensure 100% statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Contract Labour Act, and other applicable laws.
v Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions and filing of returns.
v Coordinate internal audits and promptly address compliance gaps.
v Maintain accurate records and documentation for inspections and audits.
5. Financial Management
v Monitor branch expenses to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
v Ensure timely collections and manage branch cash flow effectively.
v Review profitability of contracts and recommend corrective measures where required.
6. Team Leadership & Development
v Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve operational and business goals.
v Identify training needs and facilitate skill development for operational and business teams.
v Develop second-line leadership and ensure succession planning.
v Foster a performance-driven and compliant work culture.
Qualifications
v Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
v 6–8 years of experience in the security services industry with exposure to branch operations.
v Strong leadership, people management, and client-handling skills.
v Experience in managing multi-site operations.
v Sound knowledge of statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, Contract Labour Act, etc.
v Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
