Job Description:

4.      Identify new potential customers: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. This includes conducting market visits to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential clients.

5.      Managing Sales Leads: A sales manager must manage the organization's sales leads effectively, ensuring that they are properly nurtured and converted into sales. This involves developing effective lead management strategies, providing ongoing training to the sales team, and leveraging technology to improve the lead management process.
