Contractual Location: Pan India (Travel-based)

Stipend: Fixed monthly stipend (negotiable based on experience and journey history)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a group of up to 40 school students and accompanying teachers.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders during the journey. Travel Operations & Coordination
3. Manage end-to-end logistics including transport, hotel check-ins, meals, and activity execution.
4. Liaise with vendors (hotels, transport, guides, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of services. Safety & Welfare.
5. Maintain documentation including feedback, expense reports, and post-journey reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Minimum 1 year of professional experience in travel operations, event management, education, or hospitality.
2. Must have handled at least 25 school/educational journeys or equivalent group experiences.
3. Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible working hours during the contract period. 
4. Bachelor’s degree (any stream); specialization in Travel, Hospitality, or Education is a plus. 

Working Schedule:

1. Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)
2. Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (when not on journey); on-call during trips
3. Journey Duration: 2–4 days per trip across various destinations
