We are looking for a dynamic and organized Telecaller Cum Admin who will be responsible for lead generation through telecalling, CRM follow-ups, and supporting the sales team with lead management. The role also includes administrative tasks such as assisting HR & Admin, coordinating travel bookings, arranging meetings, and managing inventory at the stockist's end.

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling & Lead Generation:

  • Generate leads through telecalling for B2B business.
  • Follow up on CRM inquiries and maintain lead databases.
  • Support the sales team with lead management and follow-up processes.
  • Monitor the sales performance of team members and report updates.

Sales & Administration Support:

  • Assist sales personnel with travel bookings and meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain and update MIS reports related to expenses, sales, and sales projections.
  • Monitor stock availability at the stockist’s end and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Provide administrative support to HR & Admin functions as required.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Schedule and arrange meetings, appointments, and travel plans for the sales team.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of sales activities and administrative functions.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other required documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, sales support, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
