Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Telecaller to join our team at Innotek Furniture Fittings Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction, playing a key role in reaching out to our business clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in customer service, with a focus on providing excellent support and building long-term client relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Proven experience in B2B customer interactions, enabling smooth communication and understanding of business needs (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques, including the ability to engage potential clients and effectively convey product benefits (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with projection techniques to accurately forecast sales trends and customer needs, aiding in strategic planning.
- Knowledge of inventory management processes to ensure efficient handling of orders and stock levels.
- Ability to manage and interpret Management Information Systems (MIS) data to support decision-making and improve business operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and concise information exchange.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling effective multitasking and deadline management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential business clients to introduce Innotek's product range and generate leads.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Gather client feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments to enhance product and service offerings.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure achievement of sales targets and strategic goals.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to clients about product offerings, leading to informed purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with inventory management to ensure timely delivery of products and manage client expectations.
- Prepare and present reports on call activities, customer feedback, and sales results to management.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products and industry trends to serve clients effectively.
