Skills
• Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
• Provide business and functional Expertise for SAP FI module primarily
• Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams
• Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers’ businesses.
• Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes and configuration for the SAP module and provide alternatives and recommendations on the delta design.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of FI module
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
• Document functional designs, process flows, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Develop functional and technical specifications for the delta design
• Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design.
• Works with and under the direction of the Project/Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives.
• Develop the data conversion template and formalize with the business users for the usage
• Drive Data Migration
• Provide support for data migration and validation activities during mock conversion and go live
• Provide support in defect resolution for SAP functional issues
Desired Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a multi-module, multi-country full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
• Minimum of 10 years designing and configuring FI modules knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules.
