Position : - QA Automation Lead

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our QA Automation projects. If you have over 12 years of experience in QA Automation, possess excellent leadership skills, and are proficient in a variety of automation tools and technologies, we want to hear from you!

Experience: 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project in terms of estimation, test planning, customer facing, status reporting, metrics, and team management.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in test automation using tools such as Selenium (a must), Appium, or similar technologies.
• Navigate the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with ease, embracing Agile methodologies to foster efficient and collaborative testing practices.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive testing excellence.
• Manage the testing environment, including setting up test environments, managing test data, and ensuring that testing resources are available.
• Utilize Agile (Scrum/Scaled Agile) methodologies effectively.
• Experience in PreSales will be an add-on.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in UFT, Jenkins, Selenium, Appium, Protractor, JavaScript, Oracle ERP testing experience, GitHub, Docker, and Windows scripting.
• ISTQB/CSQA or some testing certification preferred.
• Experience in Java or C#.
• Proficient in SQL queries development.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Experience in Agile or DevOps methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in QA Automation.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Facing Skills.
• Prior experience in managing a team.
