Knowledge of Splunk. Able to automate data flow from Splunk to DB (Aware on the APis). knowledge about Python and Django (Web Framework)

Document technical processes and procedures including regular revision of support / knowledge documents

Develop company-wide best practices. An ability to effectively prioritise your work given conflicting demands

Reporting progress to stakeholders on a regular basis
