Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sustainability Engineer for a full-time mid-level position for our UAE operations The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience and be committed to driving sustainable practices within our projects. The candidate will focus on integrating environmental, social, and governance principles into engineering solutions, ensuring our developments meet the highest sustainability standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments to identify and evaluate the potential environmental effects of proposed projects.
• Extensive knowledge of implementing Renewable Energy Systems in building infrastructures to enhance energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprints.
• Proficiency in Sustainability Reporting using frameworks such as GRI or SASB to communicate organizational sustainability performance to stakeholders.
• Expertise in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices (Mandatory skill) to integrate sustainable values throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to apply landscape engineering skills to optimize the use and management of land resources within project developments (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in Data Collection processes for environmental data to ensure evidence-based sustainable decision-making (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainable engineering solutions and practices in all phases of project design and execution.
• Conduct thorough environmental assessments and propose measures to mitigate negative impacts and enhance sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to incorporate sustainability principles into architectural and engineering designs.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics, delivering comprehensive reports and recommendations.
• Knowledge in sustainability in Landscape company, data collection and various authority coordination and report submission as per ESG Standards is required.
