Innolink Digital Services is seeking a seasoned Structural BIM Coordinator with deep expertise in Revit-based rebar and reinforcement detailing. If you're passionate about precision, coordination, and digital construction workflows, we’d love to connect!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural BIM deliverables for rebar and reinforcement detailing projects.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and workflows specific to structural detailing.
• Perform clash detection, model audits, and quality checks.
• Support project teams with technical guidance and BIM best practices.

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Revit for structural detailing, especially rebar modeling.
• Strong understanding of reinforcement codes, detailing standards, and construction documentation.
• Proven ability to manage BIM coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
