We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Site Engineer – Soft Landscape with a background in Agriculture or Horticulture (B.Sc. degree) to oversee and execute soft landscaping projects for our UAE operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the timely completion of landscaping works including planting, turfing, irrigation coordination, and overall site horticultural management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities related to soft landscaping works (planting, turfing, soil preparation, mulching, irrigation support, etc.).
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of landscaping works.
• Inspect plant materials delivered to site, ensure quality, and manage proper handling and storage.
• Monitor irrigation requirements and coordinate with irrigation teams for effective plant growth.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management on work status.
• Ensure proper workforce allocation, productivity, and compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
• Provide technical guidance on horticultural practices such as soil treatment, pest control, fertilization, and plant maintenance.
• Assist in resolving any site-related issues and propose corrective actions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in landscaping projects (preferably in GCC/UAE).
• Strong knowledge of plants, soil types, fertilizers, pest management, and horticultural best practices.
• Ability to read and understand landscaping drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and site management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
