🏗️ Senior MEP Modeler – Landscape Projects
📍 Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

🕒 Experience: 5+ years in MEP modeling (preferably in landscape or infrastructure projects)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed MEP models (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, irrigation) using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate with landscape architects and civil teams to integrate MEP systems seamlessly
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools
- Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, and as-built documentation
- Ensure compliance with local codes, project specifications, and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior modelers and support BIM implementation across projects
Requirements
- B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP modeling, with exposure to landscape projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM workflows
- Strong understanding of MEP systems in outdoor environments (e.g., irrigation, lighting, drainage)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
