🛠 Job Title: Procurement Engineer (Landscape – Civil Engineering)

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and engage vendors and suppliers for landscape-related materials and services.
• Prepare and review BOQs, RFQs, and technical specifications in line with landscape engineering requirements.
• Liaise with design and project teams to ensure procurement aligns with site execution schedules.
• Conduct commercial and technical evaluations of supplier proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain updated procurement logs.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with UAE regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and finance for material delivery and invoice processing.

👤 Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of procurement experience within UAE-based landscape construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of landscape materials, vendors, and market rates.
• Proficient in procurement software and MS Office.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with FIDIC and local procurement standards is a plus.
