We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Engineer to join our landscaping division in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely execution of landscaping works, and coordinating with project teams to achieve project milestones within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera (P6) or MS Project.

Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and revised programs as required.

Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and highlight delays/risks.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.

Analyze and forecast resource and cost requirements.

Prepare progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and project status updates.

Support tendering team with planning inputs, manpower histogram, and project execution methodology.

Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Landscape Architecture or equivalent.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in landscaping, infrastructure, or construction projects in the UAE/GCC.

Strong knowledge of project management principles, cost control, and resource allocation.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
