We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer cum Photographer to join our Digital Marketing team for our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality photos and videos that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires expertise in both videography and photography, along with proficiency in post-production to create engaging visual content for websites, social media platforms, campaigns, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, reels, product showcases, corporate films, and event coverage.
• Capture high-quality photographs for campaigns, events, products, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, creative briefs, and brand guidelines.
• Manage lighting, sound, camera equipment, and other technical aspects of photo/video shoots.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
• Maintain an organized library of digital assets and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital content creation, video editing styles, and photography techniques.
• Ensure all visual content is optimized for different digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, etc.).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Videographer and Photographer, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video and photography work.
• Proficiency in video editing and photo editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Knowledge of lighting, sound recording, and camera equipment.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
