Job location Madurai, Tamilnadu.

➡️ Job responsibilities:

Create 3D Models of landscape architectural elements including hardscape, softscape, furniture, lighting, water features & swimming pools etc..

Develop sheets/drawing packages including preparation of plans, typical details and schedules

Participate in coordination, troubleshooting and clash detection sessions with internal and external disciplines involved in projects

Develop model of landscape architectural families for general and project specific needs

Take on additional responsibilities as needed and manage priorities with minimal guidance

Attend client presentations and meetings including internal team meetings and workshops

Ability to multi-tasks in a fast-paced working environment

➡️ Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil & Mech)

3-8 years of experience in engineering or architectural industries

Work experience in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Master Planning is an advantage

Advance knowledge of BIM tools/programs/software like Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks etc..

In-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions with emphasis on project setup, file structuring, system troubleshooting etc..
