We are seeking a skilled GRC Sprayman to carry out the spraying and application of GRC products in line with approved techniques and quality standards. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling spray machines, preparing molds, and ensuring the proper finishing of GRC elements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate GRC spray machines to apply cement, sand, glass fiber, and additives according to specifications.

Ensure proper mixing and preparation of GRC materials before spraying.

Spray GRC evenly into molds and monitor thickness, strength, and uniformity of layers.

Maintain and clean spray equipment, hoses, and nozzles to ensure proper functioning.

Inspect molds and ensure proper release agents are applied before spraying.

Work closely with mold fabricators, finishers, and supervisors to meet production targets.

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Report any defects, equipment issues, or material shortages to the production supervisor.

Assist in patching, repairing, and finishing of sprayed GRC elements when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience as a GRC Sprayman in a manufacturing or precast/GRC factory.

Good knowledge of GRC production processes, mix ratios, and spraying techniques.

Ability to operate and maintain GRC spray machines and related equipment.
