We are seeking an experienced Electrical Draughtsman for a full-time position in Madurai. This mid-level role requires expertise in producing high-quality electrical drawings and models using state-of-the-art software tools. The ideal candidate should be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure precision and efficiency in design output.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting electrical layouts and plans (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent knowledge of landscape design for effective integration with electrical plans (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in SolidWorks Electrical for designing and verifying electrical schematics efficiently.
• Experience in using MicroStation for managing and creating infrastructure projects.
• Ability to create detailed 3D models to enhance visualization and project understanding.
• Solid understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) systems for improving accuracy and collaboration.
• Proven ability to work on electrical schematic designs and specifying electrical components accurately.
• Experience working in projects across the Middle East (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and layouts using various design software.
• Ensure all designs comply with required local and international standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate electrical schematics with landscape designs.
• Review and analyze specifications, sketches, and drawings to plan and execute project tasks efficiently.
• Produce 3D models and presentations to support project pitches and customer understanding.
• Maintain organized project files ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval of design documents.
• Identify potential issues in design and suggest innovations to enhance overall project quality.
• Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies related to the electrical design industry.
