We are seeking a highly experienced Senior BIM Engineer to join our team in Madurai. This full-time position requires a professional with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of work experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our digital design and engineering projects, driving efficiencies and delivering exceptional service aligned with our company's core values of quality and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in BIM engineering roles, contributing to the successful delivery of digital design projects.
• Proficiency in Revit (Mandatory skill) is essential to efficiently handle design modeling and documentation tasks.
• Strong experience with BIM Coordination (Mandatory skill) to ensure seamless integration of multidisciplinary models.
• In-depth knowledge of Navisworks for model examination, to support conflict and clash detection efforts.
• Familiarity with IFC Standards, enabling effective and compliant data management in BIM environments.
• Proven ability in Clash Detection to identify and resolve potential issues in design and construction plans.
• Competency in AutoCAD for drafting and review, supplementing BIM processes with detailed 2D plans.
• Experience in Parametric Design to create and manipulate adaptive models, enhancing dynamic project workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM coordination process, ensuring integrated and clash-free models across all project disciplines.
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans, aligning with project goals and client requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative BIM-based solutions, driving project success.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on BIM models to uphold data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members, ensuring continuous skill development.
• Optimize workflows to improve design efficiencies and streamline model updates and revisions.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to communicate project progress and address any emerging challenges.
• Stay abreast of advancements in BIM technologies and methodologies to drive innovation in project execution.
