Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Architect to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is located in Gurgaon, Noida, and Delhi. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HANA to lead and enhance our cloud-based solutions architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and execution of SAP SuccessFactors modules, driving innovation in line with the company's futuristic goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HANA (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module implementation and support.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and its integration with other modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System for tailored training solutions.
• Strong understanding of Integration Center & APIs to ensure smooth data flow across systems.
• Capability in People Analytics Reporting to derive insights and data-driven solutions.
• Ability to configure business processes tailored to organizational needs to improve efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
