We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our dynamic sales team. The BDA will be responsible for driving sales of our ERP SaaS solutions, including Oracle and Microsoft 365, by engaging with potential clients, identifying business needs, and offering tailored solutions. This role involves regular client visits and fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • ERP SaaS sales (Oracle, Microsoft 365).
  • Conduct client visits to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized proposals and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads and sales inquiries and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Track sales activities, report progress, and provide feedback to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, Oracle, and Microsoft 365 offerings, and competitor analysis to better address client needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in ERP SaaS, Oracle, or Microsoft 365 software.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP software solutions and their business applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize client visits.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for providing value-added solutions.
  • Valid driver's license (for client visits, as required).
