Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in aviation management, including airport and airline management (Mandatory skill)
• Comprehensive knowledge of aviation regulations and their applications in real-world scenarios
• Expertise in flight operations, encompassing ground and aircrew processes and protocols
• Strong emphasis on aviation safety regulations and best practices in the field
• Proven ability to develop and implement aviation-related curriculum catering to varied learning levels
• Hands-on experience with current aviation technologies and their applications in the industry
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively teach and guide students
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities to address student questions and concerns

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and refine aviation management curricula, ensuring alignment with current industry standards
• Deliver lectures, conduct seminars, and facilitate discussions on various aviation management topics
• Mentor and guide students through academic and practical aspects of aviation studies
• Assess student performance through examinations, practical tests, and project evaluations
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into the teaching materials
• Organize and participate in industry conferences, workshops, and training programs
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry experts to enhance the overall educational experience
• Enforce aviation safety standards and ensure their implementation within all educational modules
