Injection Moulding engineer

Job Description:

1. Strong knowledge and work experience in PFD, PFMEA, BOM.

2. Knowledge in SOR preparation.

3. Injection Molding and Customer Handling experience is Mandatory.

3. Validation on time of the tool manufacturing process.

4. Plan for mold trial & tool transfer.

5. Preparation of all process documentation during project stage.

6. Improvement of project profitability & Execution of APQP process during product development stage.

7. Production line approval process.

8. Preparing PSW and getting approval from customer.

9. Preparing ram up control plan.
