**Job Summary:**  

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR activities and employee relations for our manufacturing company. This role involves managing recruitment, compliance, payroll, training, and fostering a positive workplace culture.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.  

- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and promote engagement.  

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed.  

- Oversee payroll, attendance, and HR operations.  

- Develop training programs to enhance employee performance and retention.  

**Qualifications:**  

- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.  

- 3+ years of experience in HR,

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.  

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
