We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting products/services while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to potential candidates and provide information about training and internship.
· Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
· Maintain a positive relationship with customers by resolving their concerns promptly.
· Update customer information in the database accurately.
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.
· Follow up with customers for feedback or additional inquiries.
Skills & Qualifications
· Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or above.
· Strong communication skills in [specific languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages].
· Good interpersonal skills and a confident approach.
· Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
