Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help manage, grow, and engage our online community across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools.

  • Assist in the development of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors' activities.

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content such as images, videos, and infographics.

  • Support paid social media campaigns, including creating ad copy and audience targeting.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 6 months of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or personal projects.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their tools, such as Meta Business Suite, Twitter Analytics, or similar.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

  • Strong communication and writing skills.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)

  • Basic video editing skills.

  • Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with social media.
