We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 months of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
• Assist in creating proposals, contracts, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors also the bidding platforms i.e. upwork, guru, freelancer .
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 3 to 6 months of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results.
• Basic understanding of market research and negotiation techniques.
