We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and communication skills, enabling them to analyze and improve business processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure that our solutions meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define project scope, and identify functional/non-functional requirements.
• Create clear and concise Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs.
• Documentation & Process Mapping:
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation such as BRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases.
• Create process maps, workflows, and diagrams to visually represent business processes and system interactions.
• Ensure proper traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Wireframing & UI/UX Collaboration:
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes and mockups to visually communicate the design and functionality of proposed solutions.
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes to illustrate user flows and application design.
• Assist in the development of functional specifications and user acceptance criteria based on wireframes.
• Agile Methodology & Tools:
• Work within an Agile environment, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Manage user stories, backlogs, and tasks within Jira, ensuring that they are well defined, prioritized, and tracked throughout the development process.
• Assist in the development of test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Jira for managing tasks, user stories, and project backlogs.
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining BRD and SRS documentation.
• Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Axure, Sketch).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Sprint management.
• Business Analysis Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process mapping and requirements analysis.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in conducting gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessments.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Other Skills:
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Trello).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document complex information in a clear, structured manner.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
