Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day tasks and schedules of our executives, ensuring they can focus on their core responsibilities. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, with a competitive salary range.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the calendars of our executives, scheduling appointments and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails, responding or redirecting as necessary.
- Assist with managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies and equipment, filing documents, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
